Hello, I have made some changes in this version 0.2.2, in order to make it easier for the player to navigate, even if it does not add mayor new images, it does accommodate the way the missions will be done now, avoiding the one that has to do the tutorial from the beginning.

•  On the game screen an indicator circle is already shown to be able to choose the mission.
  
•  On the Map you can fast travel to a certain place or to the mission indicator to accept it
  
•  2 new scenes were added that go hand in hand with the mission indicator to choose
  
•  Added a new collectible image

I hope you find these changes in the gameplay more comfortable, soon I will add a mini game for the hospital pharmacy, as well as I hope to be able to add more missions that are dedicated to eroticism, see you in the next release.
